Searching for a home? Here's an app for your phone!

If you're going to be out looking at homes this weekend, check out Smarter Agent. It's a free app for your cell phone or iPod. By installing this app, you get real-time access to the Multiple Listing Service. Live, GPS based access.

So when you’re out driving around and you find a great neighborhood, log into Smarter Agent. On your phone, you can see the homes that are on the market near you, and you get all the information about these homes. The asking price, square footage, number of bedrooms and baths, the description, even recently sold comparable properties! Everything you want to know right on your phone.
